Initial Meeting

During your first appointment, no commitments are made. We explore if we are a match for each other, and determine if we can work well together. It is important that we spend time getting to know one another to confirm we are a good fit. An advisor/client relationship is a close bond based on mutual respect and trust.

Intake Meeting
Each client we work with is uniquely different, with different goals and priorities. We take the time to thoroughly listen and understand your financial situation, timelines, goals, values, personal family relationships and ultimate dreams. We review all your documents, discuss your risk tolerance and assess what is best for you for your short and long term financial objectives.

Delivery Meeting
We review your priorities and goals, explain how your Wealth Management Plan was developed and why certain conclusions were reached.  After discussion and mutual agreement, a step-by-step action plan is recommended and accompanied by a timeline.  The Wealth Management Plan establishes the foundation for your financial future.  When the Plan meets your approval, we take the next step in the process.

Regroup Meeting
Conclusions and recommendations are reviewed, questions answered, action steps prioritized and each task assigned to a specific person with a  mutually agreed upon completion date.  This begins implementation of your Wealth Management Plan which is monitored by us to support your sucessful completion of each step.  When agreement has been reached, the necessary documents are signed by the client.

Follow Up Meeting
Recommendations and time lines are re-confirmed, action items are revisited, after which remaining steps and completion dates are assigned.  Our dedicated staff keeps you apprised of how the implementation process is progressing by providing regular updates at your convenience.  Your review (next) meeting is scheduled at this time to support your awareness and continued involvement in your Wealth Management Plan.

Review Meeting
With your Plan in place, we regularly monitor your accounts and provide feedback.  We continue to assemble information about you and your family to confirm your plan continues to meet your financial and personal goals.  Monitoring your life changes and responding to them enables us to provide services that are designed to add value to your life.

Ongoing/Planning Meetings
We create a positive environment for you to navigate the complex financial issues that occur during your life. By examining and monitoring your Wealth Management Plan on a regular basis, we can respond to life event changes. We schedule Ongoing/Planning 
meetings at intervals convenient for you. We learn what has changed in your life and decide together the best action steps needed for you to achieve your revised financial goals. When this means that we need to make adjustments to your plan, we do so.
